Through A Childs Eye

T
hrough A Childs Eye offers techniques to improve the relationship of body, mind, and spirit.  When practiced regularly, meditation can alleviate stress, anxiety, and pain. It can increase coping skills, resolve conflict, improve confidence, expand creativity and memory, facilitate self awareness, and develop compassion.  Studies have shown meditation effects the nervous system. Those who meditate on a regular basis can bring about positive changes physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Each session includes gentle movement, a relaxation technique, a meditation, time to address questions/ concerns, and ways to implement meditation as a daily practice.  Different techniques are offered so that each participant can experience and decide for him/herself which works best for him/her.
